Data deletion

You can have your data deleted from Candifynd at any time. There are three ways:

1. In Candifynd: log in, open Automations and choose Disconnect Instagram (deletes your Instagram connection and access token) or Delete my account (deletes everything).
2. From Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, remove Candifynd, and submit the data deletion request there. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete your Instagram data right away.
3. By request: contact us from the contact page with your Instagram username, including if you only commented on an account that uses Candifynd.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We keep nothing afterwards except a confirmation code, which is kept for 90 days so you can check the result. See the Privacy Policy for details.
