Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Candifynd, provided by Monarch Softwares. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Candifynd lets you connect an Instagram professional account and automatically send a private message to people who comment on your posts, based on rules you set.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract.
• You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Keep your password secure and tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, Instagram Community Guidelines and Meta's messaging policies. In particular, you must not:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive or misleading content, or messages the commenter did not ask for;
• send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, scams or phishing;
• collect or resell commenters' personal data, or use it for anything other than replying to their comment;
• attempt to bypass sending limits, rate limits or platform restrictions, or interfere with the service or other users;
• use the service in a way that violates the law or anyone's rights.

To protect accounts from accidental spam, Candifynd sends at most one message per comment, at most one automatic reply per person per automation every 24 hours for direct-message and story-reply automations, and applies an hourly sending cap per Instagram account.

Comment moderation. If you turn it on, Candifynd hides or deletes comments on your account that match the rules you choose. Automatic rules can be wrong, so you are responsible for your moderation settings, for reviewing the activity list, and for unhiding comments that should stay visible. Deleted comments cannot be restored.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the messages you configure and for having the right to send them. If you link to a website or offer, you are responsible for what it contains. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or Instagram's rules.

Third-party platforms

Candifynd relies on Instagram's API. Instagram may change, limit or withdraw access, and Meta's rules apply to your use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Instagram, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.

Ending your use

You can disconnect Instagram or delete your account at any time from the Automations page, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Monarch Softwares is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero for free accounts).

Changes

We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
